The Set.Up IN(dustry) acceleration program continued last Wednesday with another bootcamp dedicated to the importance of active listening and close engagement with customers. Under the theme “Voice of the Customer,” the session was led by Luís Ferreira, a specialist in marketing and digital training, who challenged the participating startups to rethink how they collect, interpret, and integrate user feedback into the development of their solutions. 

 

During the meeting, the 11 startups selected for this edition had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of techniques and methodologies that allow them to better understand the real needs of the market, turning the voice of the customer into a strategic driver of innovation. The session also emphasized the importance of aligning business objectives with consumer expectations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sustainable value creation.
