A new digital platform aims to transform the response to medical emergencies by mobilising, in real time, a network of certified first responders. The solution will ensure the provision of immediate first aid on site, reducing the critical response time until official emergency services arrive.
Through geolocation technology and a rapid activation system, the platform connects citizens in emergency situations with qualified professionals located nearby. This model strengthens community response capacity and contributes to better outcomes in urgent medical situations.
