About TecPark

Founded in 2018, TecPark is headquartered in the parish of S. Cláudio de Barco. Its building is located in the Central Hub of AVEPARK – Guimarães Science and Technology Park, which hosts the logistical infrastructure, as well as common services, auditorium, videoconference, meeting/training rooms, and a café/restaurant.

Nearby is the 3B’s Research Group building, which hosts research groups in the fields of biomaterials, biodegradables, and biometrics, as well as Expertissues, a new research institute affiliated with the University of Minho, dedicated to Research and Development of Advanced Biomedical Materials and Human Tissue Engineering – in the biomedical field. This institute is another infrastructure that will help consolidate the AVEPARK ecosystem as a national reference in the bio and medtech areas.
