On January 23rd, Set.Up Guimarães joined the sitio Coworking, in organizing a lecture dedicated to entrepreneurs and businesspeople in the region. Under the theme “Agile Management – Transform teams, accelerate results”, the session was led by Matheus Haddad, a specialist with more than 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management and software development, and took place in front of an audience of around two dozen of people, in the site’s facilities.
The lecture highlighted the benefits of Agile Management, a methodology that promotes a more organic and collaborative approach within organizations. Agile Management encourages the sharing of knowledge among all team members, helping to increase autonomy and generate faster and more effective results.
During his presentation, Matheus Haddad used practical examples and tools developed throughout his career to demonstrate how organizations can overcome the constraints of traditional management models. He also shared insights on unlocking organizational potential to innovate and adapt in a rapidly evolving market.
Originally from Brazil and residing in Portugal for the past three years, Matheus Haddad is the co-founder of several Brazilian companies, including Ateliê de Software, Granatum, Orgganica, and Escola Lumiar Poços de Caldas. Holding a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from FEI and an MBA in Business Management from FGV, Haddad has significantly contributed to advancing agile methodologies across various sectors by creating practices and tools that promote autonomy and collaborative work.
