Rita worked with Entrepreneurs, SMEs and Startups, covering the entire life cycle of the projects, namely on Corporate, M&A and Funding, and in mentoring and legal guidance.

RITA TRABULO

Associate coordinator of the Startinnovation Team, CCA LAW FIRM, having started her collaboration with the firm in 2005. Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, in 2005, Master in Corporate Law, in the field of Commercial Companies, by ISCTE – Higher Institute of Labor Sciences and Companies, Lisbon, since 2010. in Business Law, having continued to invest in his academic training, namely in the areas of Taxation, Competition, Company Restructuring, Blockchain & Smart Contracts , between others.

 

Rita is the coordinator of Startinnovation Team, a team focused on legal support for Startups, in all phases and all legal areas, as well as developing CCA’s knowledge and innovation center, CCA ON. Here professional and academic experience proves to be essential not only in the monitoring of M&A, business and investment IT projects, providing corporate and tax legal advice, in a more entrepreneurial aspect. She works mainly with SMEs and Startups, following the entire life cycle of the projects, developing the Startup Law area.

 

Over the past few years she has embraced the role of mentor, sharing her know-how with several entrepreneurs and Startups, as a legal guidance in various sectors.
