With an MBA from ESADE Barcelona and extensive expertise gained throughout his professional journey, he provides support to numerous companies and entrepreneurs in developing their businesses and teams through his boutique consulting firm in Portugal. In terms of his work focusing on management, people, and processes, he is currently the vice-president of the Portuguese Association for Quality (APQ).

His recent challenges are centered around international investments in companies specializing in data segmentation and enrichment (software development) for customer conversion along the buying journey. He is also the CEO and Co-founder of AURAXADV. A speaker on topics such as international trade, negotiation, and sales management, he is the author of the best-seller book “CHEGAR E VENDER.
