Set.up Guimarães continues to foster knowledge and the sharing of experiences within the city’s creative ecosystem. Today, July 16, the LabPac – Creative Incubator of Set.Up Guimarães hosted a special session dedicated to one of modern leadership’s greatest challenges: decision-making.
Under the theme “Stop. Decide. Move Forward. On the real cost of the decisions we delay and what holds us back,” the event prompted a deep reflection on the often-invisible impact of procrastination on both strategic and personal decisions.
A practical look at leadership The session was led by Pedro Resende, founder of KNDRED Co., who brings 12 years of experience in high-pressure corporate environments. With a background ranging from managing creative teams to working directly with top-tier executives, Pedro Resende defends a clear premise: the greatest challenge for any leader is not managing time, but the ability to own the consequences—of the decisions they make and, especially, of those they delay.
Participants had the opportunity to explore real stories and a practical model designed for those moments when clarity seems out of reach, offering concrete tips to break through stalemates.
