On May 7th, the 24th edition of our Creative Sessions took place, this time dedicated to the theme ‘EYE – Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs’ by C4G, guided by Hugo Romão.
This edition was held online and focused on the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs – EYE theme, an international business exchange program designed for entrepreneurs, focusing on:
- Future entrepreneurs, who are keen on starting their own business based on a concrete project reflected in a business plan;
- Recently established entrepreneurs in the early stages of creating their companies (with less than 3 years of experience in business administration);
These entrepreneurs will be hosted by experienced and successful entrepreneurs, with at least 3 years of experience in managing an SME, and by SME owners or individuals directly involved in entrepreneurship at the SME board level.
The main benefit of this program is gaining experience in managing a small business through direct collaboration with the host entrepreneur, practical mentoring in a host company abroad, the development of entrepreneurial skills, and the acquisition of business knowledge and networking.
Hosts can benefit from a fresh perspective on business, ideas, and skills that can elevate their own business. This program enables internationalization, access to new markets and partnerships, and provides insights into emerging technologies that can be realized in new products and services.
