What are the European Funds Awards?
The “European Funds Awards” is a competition aimed at promoting projects funded by the European Union through Portugal 2020, the Operational Program for Support to the Most Deprived (POAPMC), Portugal 2030, and the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund Program (FAMI 2030). The goal is to showcase the social, economic, and environmental impact of EU-supported projects in the territories where they are implemented, highlighting the importance of European funding.
This initiative seeks to increase the visibility of EU funds in Portugal and reinforce a positive public perception of their application, particularly among the general population and opinion makers.
It also aims to enhance the quality of project proposals by inspiring beneficiaries and potential beneficiaries to develop projects that align more closely with European and Portugal 2030 priorities, fostering greater innovation and impact in their respective fields and regions.
The awards are promoted by the Agency for Development and Cohesion, I.P., as part of the Portugal 2030 Communication Network, with direct support and involvement from the Management Authorities within this Network.
Showcase the impact of your project and contribute to promoting best practices in the use of European funds.
