The first workshop was held last Thursday in the scope of the Set.Up (IN)dustry acceleration program.
Under the theme ‘Voice of the Customer’, the workshop was facilitated by Elisabete Sá, PhD in Marketing and Strategy, with a Masters in Management, Assistant in the Department of Management at the School of Economics and Management at the University of Minho.
This workshop allowed entrepreneurs to work on the value proposition of their products, based on understanding the needs of potential customers. In this way, entrepreneurs will be able to identify the processes underlying the innovation and differentiation of their business ideas.
