Set.Up Guimarães took part in the session marking 100 days since the inauguration of the current Rectorate Team of the Universidade do Minho. The event took place this afternoon at the Azurém Campus, in Guimarães, bringing together dozens of members of the academic community who have contributed to the joint work developed during this period.

The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on the first months of activity of the new university leadership, highlighting the importance of collaboration between academia and the different partners of the regional ecosystem.

During the session, UMinho Seed, the university’s new entrepreneurship centre, was also presented. The initiative aims to support the development of entrepreneurial ideas originating from the university community, fostering knowledge valorisation and the creation of new business projects.

Set.Up Guimarães’ participation in this institutional moment reinforces the close connection between the territory’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and the University of Minho, as well as the shared commitment to promote innovation, support new entrepreneurs and transform knowledge into initiatives with economic and social impact.
