Set.Up Guimarães organized an open class focused on entrepreneurship and business models for 12th-grade students at Colégio do Ave in Guimarães. The initiative aimed to bring students closer to the world of startups and provide a practical perspective on what it means to create a project from scratch.

During the session, key concepts such as business models, value propositions, and the main challenges of the entrepreneurial journey were explored, allowing students to understand the skills most valued in the business ecosystem. To make the content clearer and more engaging, widely recognized case studies were analyzed, including UBER, KFC, Nintendo, Airbnb, and Google. These examples highlighted the importance of innovation, resilience, and market adaptability.

The initiative proved particularly valuable both for the students, who gained direct exposure to essential tools for their academic and professional future, and for Set.Up Guimarães itself, reinforcing its commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the region. By bridging education, knowledge, and local economic development, Set.Up Guimarães continues to contribute to building a more prepared, informed, and innovative ecosystem.
