Miguel Teixeira is an expert in product development, market entry, scale-up, growth, human resources, and general management, with extensive experience supporting startups and entrepreneurship.
He holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising and an MBA, combining solid academic training with a practical and strategic vision of growth and business management.
He began his professional journey as an entrepreneur, having founded three startups. Since then, he has been dedicated to mentoring, consulting, and training, accumulating over 6,000 hours of strategic support for more than 170 startups. He has also collaborated with over 130 organizations in the social sector, implementing capacity-building processes and supporting project development.
In 2015, he founded Idea Ninja, a company specialized in startup acceleration and incubation, where he currently serves as Founder & CEO. He leads teams focused on creating value and sustainable impact. Idea Ninja stands out for its high client satisfaction, reflected in an NPS above 72, and its involvement in multiple incubation and acceleration programs.
Miguel has launched over 20 products and managed more than 50 projects, always with an approach centered on aligning people, processes, and goals, which he considers fundamental to success.
