Manuela Ribeiro has a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto, with over 30 years of professional experience in various sectors, from the most traditional such as textiles and wines, to the design of consumer goods and urban mobility.

AT the same time has experienced several types of organizational structures, from multinationals, large companies, national and European sector associations and the multidisciplinary world of SMEs.

This diversity of experiences contributed to develop a systemic vision of organizations, deepened in the study of Systems Thinking and that Manuela applies in her consulting projects, at the level of Process Optimization, People Development and Sustainability Strategies, as well as in facilitation workshops on Agile MIndset, Design Thinking and Systems Thinking

Manuela  also participates in programs for ideas acceleration and start-up projects development, supporting entrepreneurs with  mentoring and consulting.
