
On March 11, Set.Up Guimarães visited UTAD for a dynamic and idea-filled session on entrepreneurship. The GeoSciences auditorium at ECVA hosted a workshop titled “Entrepreneurship with Purpose: The Importance of a Strong Value Proposition.”
Participants immersed themselves in the entrepreneurial world, exploring how to define an irresistible value proposition and test ideas through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Through shared insights and hands-on challenges, they discovered ways to transform innovative solutions into products that truly make a difference.
The session focused on three essential pillars for business success: value proposition, MVP, and product development. The presentation emphasized the importance of identifying and clearly communicating a value proposition to ensure a product or service stands out in the market. Attendees also learned how to test ideas efficiently and cost-effectively by creating an MVP. Lastly, the discussion highlighted the need to develop products aligned with real customer needs, ensuring effective solutions for market challenges.
